Do you hold stock?
For fast-moving construction and FMCG lines we hold buffer stock in Erbil. Everything else is bought against your order.
Can you buy in our name?
Yes. We can act as your agent on your paperwork, or sell to you as principal — whichever suits your audit.
How is pricing quoted?
Per commodity, volume and Incoterm, with validity dates stated. No open-ended estimates.
What about defective goods?
Inspection reports and supplier warranties are part of the file; we handle the claim with the supplier on your behalf.
