Do you manage single units?

Yes, though the economics work best from three units or one whole building upward.

Who holds the deposits?

Deposits sit in a designated account and are reported in your monthly statement.

Can you handle a fit-out?

Yes — we procure and supervise fit-out and refurbishment works, drawing on the trading division for materials.

What reporting do owners get?

A monthly statement with income, expenditure, arrears and open maintenance items.
